Savina Schoenhofer is a retired professor of Nursing, having taught at two Mississippi universities, Alcorn State University and University of Mississippi Medical Center. She currently serves as Vice-President of the Central Mississippi Blues Society, Inc. A native Kansan, she has lived in Jackson, Mississippi since 1994.
